The check in was very smooth and friendly in the Chai Lounge. Thanks to Ms. Gurpreet for the same. A big shoutout and thanks to Dr. Nazir at Khyber. He is from their medical assistance team. My son went a bit short of breath and his Oxygen levels dipped. The hotel was fully equipped with a medical team and necessary equipments. My son spent two nights with Oxygen support system provided by the hotel complimentary along with required medications. It was great gesture. Dr. Nazir checked on him frequently and made sure he was comfortable and we were confident the entire time. Thank you team Khyber. Great 7 star Service.
