Waited 18 minutes in line. Finally got to the window and I had to say hello twice after waiting 5 more minutes before anyone spoke. Just to be informed that they didn't have anything but diet drinks. This is the most pathetic drive through I've ever been through. The wait alone isn't worth getting an order that will be wrong when you get it. We've given this place too many chances. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The food is always fresh. The service may be a bit slow at times, but the food comes out quickly.
The staff is friendly and the food is consistently fresh. Although the service can be slow at times, it is still considered fast food.
I was in the car drive thru. it took about 25 minutes to place my order. only had 1 size frosty and 2 aromas from 3. was very disappointed
