What User doesn't like about Ward's:
During my visit, the restaurant never reached full capacity. Despite being there for over an hour with a few friends, the restaurant remained empty throughout. Additionally, we were attended to by several different employees. View all feedback.
Over price and not very good burger. ordered and paid for double meat, and only got 1 piece meat. that means the pommes were good.
I haven't eaten here in years. I am happy to say it is exactly as I remember it. Everything was made fresh and hot. The root beer was super refreshing. The onion rings are so, so yummy.
Great restaurant, great location, but bad attitudes from the staff...They can do better.!!
Wasn't Great Wasn't Terrible. I've been here before and ill definitely eat here again. Store was clean. Service was pretty quick.
It is not an old-fashioned hamburger it is not as good as fast food hamburgers. I was expecting homemade hanging rings. Nope! weird incident with the manager screaming at a guy to get out kind of felt it was a dangerous restaurant to be sitting in. there was nothing about this place so it ever bring me back.
