It will be great if your personal would notify the guest that the “service fee” actually added the 18% allowance to the total ticket. it is confusing when the “proposed tip” is also listed on the bill. I am grateful that the TGIF staff was honest and flew out to let me know that I had “double”.

The service at this restaurant was extremely lacking. It took nearly 20 minutes for us to even be acknowledged and served. Despite the fact that the restaurant was not very busy, we waited for at least 45 minutes for our food. Additionally, we did not receive the salsa and chips that were promised to us as rewards members until after our meals had already been served.

It would be beneficial if the staff informed the guests that the service fee includes an 18% gratuity added to the total bill. It can be confusing when a "proposed tip" is also included on the bill. However, I appreciate that the TGIF staff was honest and quickly alerted me that I had double-tipped.

Only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t have a alcohol drink because my ID was cracked. Other than that, the service was great and the food was too.
