Try the new freezer. It's good. I like a happy hour from two to five. My children? I love Taco, Tuesday. Love great place to eat and it open to four in the morning on weekends. I'm working on weekends. I need fast service because I love that staying open late. I always eat there. I hate waffle house food in the late night. That's why happy taco bells open late. Chicken is great and have returned too cheese. Love it. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
The young lady who serves me through the window about 20:30 is missing the customer service. I greeted her several times and even thanked her that she gave me my food and had to give her a real greeting. View all feedback.
The few times that I have been there around 10:15pm on weekdays the customer service is really bad. Their speaker system is inaudible and it takes them at least a minute to acknowledge your vehicle. The young woman who has served me twice is always unprofessional. She barely even acknowledges you and always pulls you up for your order even if your total was less than $4 dollars. One night she even answered her cellphone while handing me my order that I waited in for 10 minutes while I was the only car in the drive through!
Absolutely horrible. The customer service here is non-existent. I usually never go to this particular location, but I foolishly broke my own rule. Every time I've been here (which wasn't that often, for obvious reasons), my orders have been messed up. And on top of that, they refused to acknowledge their mistakes and told me to take or leave it. So I left it. I'm not accepting a messed up order. How can you expect to be paid $15 an hour if you can't get a simple order right? Or operate the cash register like you're supposed to? Please don't waste your time coming here. Drive the 10 minutes north to the other Taco Bell by Burger King. My experiences there have been much more pleasant. I will gladly avoid patronizing this lackluster location.
Went to this ?fine? establishment ordered a chalupa box. Didn?t get the box and went to put hot sauce on my burrito to find this sorry excuse for an already sorry excuse for food. I tried to take a picture of the disgrace of a chalupa I was given but my phone started crying. I can?t believe these people think minimum wage should be more than $7.40 an hour! After this performance I think it should be lowered to $5.25!
This restaurant was dirty inside. Food everywhere, on the floor and area where food was being prepared. My order wasn’t right therefore, I took the food inside and explained that I had an item omitted and I needed another cinnamon twist because the sauce was placed on top of the one I ordered. The cashier just looked at me and walked off.
7:30pm and 3 people working, there was one other customer. The food took longer than it should've to get to us to not be hot. And the meat was extremely salty. So salty we couldn't even eat the quesadilla we ordered. The crunch wrap was nothing but tortillas and a lump of lettuce. The woman working was horrible at communicating. It wasn't until after we tried to get drinks that we learned they were out of everything except 3. Which I get that's not her fault but she could've given us a heads up when she handed us our cups. Also, no customers in the store, or in the drive thru, and most of the tables were gross needing to be wiped off.
