Hibachi Express from Gulfport Menu

This is the best hibachi restaurant I have ever been to. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The portions were larger than other places I have been to and tasted great. When our food arrived, the items we had ordered were mixed in with the main dish instead of being served as appetizers. We tried to call to discuss our issues, but received no response. The next day, when we went back to the restaurant, the manager did not offer any resolution to our concerns. We were disappointed with the lack of customer service and felt like our money was wasted. Lesson learned - we will not be returning to this restaurant. It seems like they have trouble keeping track of orders and serving them correctly.

I wasn't sure what to expect because this restaurant is hidden in a strip mall next to Walmart. The restaurant is very spacious inside and impeccably clean. We decided to try the Hibachi menu and ordered steak and chicken. It was fantastic! Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. We decided to pay an extra $6.00 to share a plate (sharing charge covers soup and salad) and we still had leftovers. I definitely recommend this restaurant!

The food and the waitress were excellent! our cook seems tired, but he cooks still wonderful! I am from central ms that visits the coast and I would recommend based on eating!

Love the interaction with the chef! He was so funny until he started talking about someone taking his dog! Food was delicious!
