Felix's Restaurant Oyster Bar

Service was good but slow. I ordered a Hurricane which looked great but lacked any kind of flavor, very weak. Ordered Alligator Bites and Oysters on the half shell. We all had turtle soup. All of that was great. My son ordered a shrimp po-boy, while mywife ordered the pasta jambalaya. They both loved their food. I ordered the soft shell crab platter with two big ole crabs. Ididn't even finish it. The only complaint about my meal was the fries and hush puppies were on the bland side. Wife and Ifinished with bread pudding and teramasus. Ended our tab with with tip $180.00. I expected a little more for that price.

The raw oysters are awesome! Also loved the fried ones, they were perfectly cooked still soft and juicy on the inside, the poboy was mediocre I wouldn't waste your time on it get the oysters. The atmosphere was great, serving staff was very attentive, andwe enjoyed sitting on the back deck. We'll be back!

Felix's is a fantastic place to enjoy cocktails and fresh seafood. It looks stunning at night, with breathtaking views. I tried the Gulf Shrimp with Cheese Grits, and both were fresh, well-prepared, and delicious. While the service was a bit slow, it was still an overall great experience. The large downstairs area is perfect for events, and there is plenty of parking available too.

My husband picked the ideal restaurant for a birthday dinner! He particularly enjoyed the fried alligator, while I found the crab cakes to be delicious. We both tried the seafood platter, which was served hot, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and the live band added a fun touch. Our waitress was very friendly, and considering how busy it was on Saturday night, the service was impressively quick. The price truly matched the overall experience!

The food was absolutely delicious! I enjoyed the baked oysters and the blackened salmon. The crab legs were a good size and tasted fantastic too. The staff was friendly and made sure our drinks were always full. I'll definitely return the next time I'm in town!
