What Krystel Kohler doesn't like about Dunkin':
The employees there are nice. They didn't have the donuts or bagels we wanted. The bagels we got were over baked, will be thrown away. You can only order by app or kiosk, online app sucks. If this is the future of drive thru's we are in bad shape. View all feedback.
Friendly staff. good quality tasty. not really a healthy choice, but always good. avoid them late on the day as they run out like certain donuts etc.
Eboni was a great help in helping me with the dunkin app I got a middle coffee and a free muffin. Thank you.
Fast friendly service almost never anyone here and I am confused how it is coffee excellent I have not tried any of their foods so I can not comment on it, but the frozen chocolate is bomb!

I think people do not always know that the employees are between a rock and a hard place if their employer policy is not always what is best for the customer. The girl was great, and I'm sure I'm going back.
This was my 2nd visit to a Dunkin Doughnuts. This time I tried the Signature Latte Cocoa Mocha. I think this one might be better than a Caribou Mocha.
