Food was good, not worth the price unless you are actually there to eat a bunch at the all you can eat. Between 4 of us I think we ate 8 pieces for over $100. The fried pickles were fried too much, no pickle left. View all feedback.
What Karen L doesn't like about Catfish Charlie:
The food was awful. Tasted like cardboard. We ordered to go so I think maybe we didn't get fresh food. I had just came off a cruise and I was too tired so I didn't pursue with management. I may try them again since I live not even 5 minutes from there. Never actually ate in the restaurant itself. View all feedback.
This place is a hidden gem in Gulfport! It's only open on Fridays and Saturdays from 5 to 8 PM. The food is incredible! They offer all-you-can-eat catfish or chicken tenders, and everything is made to order. My chicken tenders were so fresh that they burned my fingers when I held them. The biscuits are fantastic as well! I would definitely give it a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it.
The customer service was excellent! However, the food didn't meet expectations and was significantly overpriced.
The food did not meet our expectations. The first batch of catfish was quite oily, although the second batch improved. The hush puppies were also lacking in flavor during this visit.
I gave it 4 stars mainly because the menu is quite limited. I would have liked to see more options. However, the shrimp and catfish were very good!
The food was decent, but I don't think it was worth the price unless you're planning to take full advantage of the all-you-can-eat option. Between the four of us, we only managed to eat eight pieces for over $100. Additionally, the fried pickles were overcooked; there was hardly any pickle left.
