Love the exterior and interior of this place. Very very super friendly staff I have seen in a long time. So I had an Irish cream hot coffee and The Avocado Benedict. Delicious especially with the sauce. Which I was concerned on me getting it on there. The waitress we had made sure they put it on the side and when I did try it, it made the flavors blend perfectly together. View all feedback.
I enjoyed a delicious Sunliner Burger with a gluten-free sesame bun. The waitress and staff were incredibly helpful in answering my questions. As of today, the hash browns are cooked on a griddle used only for meat, so they were safe for gluten-free eating. The kids loved their shakes with waffles, although they don't have any gluten sensitivities. The kids' meals were also very reasonably priced. I definitely plan to come back for another burger before we leave! I forgot to snap any pictures of the food before we dug in because we were too hungry, and it looked and smelled amazing!
I absolutely love the exterior and interior of this restaurant. The staff is incredibly friendly—definitely the friendliest I've encountered in a long time. I ordered an Irish cream hot coffee and the Avocado Benedict, both of which were delicious, especially with the sauce. I was initially worried about it being too much, but our waitress ensured it was served on the side. Once I tried it, the flavors blended perfectly together.
Our first visit to the diner was a delightful experience! This place truly captures the charm of a simpler era. Our waitress, Suga, embraced the vibe perfectly and even showcased her impressive singing talent! I ordered the club sandwich, which was cooked to perfection, and the candied bacon was a delicious and unexpected treat. My husband had the Reuben, and he declared it one of the best he’s ever had. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
The food here is quite good, although it is a bit pricey— but isn't everything by the beach? I have to say, I absolutely love their waffles; they’re so fluffy and have the perfect texture! The service is excellent as well, with a very friendly staff that really enhances the dining experience. As for the fried pickles? I’d give them a perfect 5 out of 5. I've tried this dish at various restaurants across the country, but these were the best I've ever had. Definitely worth a try!
I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant. The country fried steak with white gravy, mashed potatoes, and green beans was delicious. I was there celebrating my 43rd wedding anniversary with my daughter who came from Connecticut. I would love to come back! I also adore the 50s decor—it’s a unique place with great food!
