Starbucks Coffee - Gulf Lagoon Beach

Barista knew exactly how to make my custom frappe. : Friendly customer service. Very busy in the early morning. I would recommend ordering before you get there to avoid the wait if you're in a hurry.

Very pleasant staff, clean establishment. The drinks are really good. I order the strawberry refresher and my husband order a white chocolate mocha hot. Our drinks and experience was really good. Thank you Starbucks.

Today I was reminded once more why I generally try to avoid Starbucks all together. The posted opening time at this location is 6AM. I arrived at 6:15 to find the gate mostly closed and the lights off, however two staff members were present and appeared to be setting up for the day. I politely inquired with one of them asking what time the store would be open. The reply that I received was Whenever we open! followed by having the security gate that is in place around the store slammed shut in front of me... Needless to say, I don 't forsee a return trip in my future. Drip brewer at home works just fine...?

The girls who opened the store today (labor day) were truly exceptional. They worked very quickly but didn't sacrifice service quality. Very thankful to have this store so close to our hotel!

I use this Starbucks everytime I am down here. They have an all around great crew. It was my daughter's 9th Birthday this week and they had 2 amazing employees (sorry didn't get your names, but you know who you are) offer her their free drink! They were always friendly and very inviting! Thank you all! Until next year!
