Got the nachos two days ago and they were GREAT, paid less for them, and it came with Guac. Got them today, paid $2 more, no guac, and whatever cheese sauce they use had gone BAD. It was sour and tasted terrible. They would only offer new nachos, which I obviously didn’t want if they had bad Ingredients, or a half refund. Now I’m sitting here sick to my stomach with half a refund for the $18 I paid for the nachos ? View all feedback.
Phenomenal experience. Pamela at check in is a breath of fresh air. We stayed in 404E and the view was breathtaking! I couldn’t recommend anything more. It would be just as good for adult only but it was perfect for our small family.
The resort is clean and very family friendly. There are several walkable areas for food and shopping. Pamela at the gift shop/ check in was so friendly, helpful and informative. I enjoyed talking with her and seeing her big smile. We are enjoying ourselves. This trip for my nieces 16th birthday will sure make for some very special memories.
First time at PCB and we loved it. The weather wasn’t great, but the accommodations sure were. The condo was spacious and beautiful, and fairly priced. The kids had a great time in the water park and the pools. The beach access was right in the middle of everything and easy to use. We had a great time. The views were amazing as well. Can’t wait to return
Pamela was our first impression of the property and she was so kind and welcoming. We instantly felt at home and knew if we needed anything we could come to the gift shop. Love the coffee shop. No complaints for the price we paid. I’d recommend to my friends and family. We love Splash and will be back!
