I went through Drive-Thru for breakfast (super early) morning. I was very cruel. The person who took my order sounded very chipper and pleasant. I visited the Drive-Thru for breakfast very early in the morning. I must admit, I was a bit grumpy. However, the person who took my order was cheerful and friendly. When I reached window 1, the employee greeted me with such enthusiasm and positivity. The person at window 2 was even more upbeat! To top it all off, my order was spot on, and I felt much better as I drove away from the Drive-Thru. A few months and several visits later, I continue to experience consistent, excellent service with friendly smiles! I truly love it!

I’ve never encountered a McDonald's with workers who seemed to have such warmth and personality—until today. All the staff were friendly and engaging, which made for a refreshing and enjoyable atmosphere. The food was hot and fresh, but honestly, I think even if they had served me cold food, their cheerful attitudes would have still made it a 5-star experience.
