Is it the end of the season fatigue, I don't know but the hostess was less than friendly, the mussels lacked their usual salt, garlic and parsley balance and were undercooked (a quarter of them were not open). To boot, they were also out of...the wine we wanted...so all in all not as good a meal as usual. The lunch host is much more friendly. View all feedback. What User likes about Les Richesses. Darguin:
Simple fresh seafood restaurant serving classic plateau de fruits de mer, oysters, mussels etc in a quiet setting in the port. We didn't book in mid June and probably should have done, but were fitted in without fuss. Service was friendly, entertaining and generally good - our desserts were initially forgotten but unprompted were given to us free of charge, so excellent problem solving.I have fallen in love with oyst... read moreWe had two dozen of oysters. They were fresh and tasted great. Simple restaurant but good value for money. Don't expect anything fancy.
Just one course but the moules and prawns Madagascar were superb. Great location by the harbour. Reasonable prices too.
The best restaurant for mussels in this area . We have a fantastic dinner with mussels and chips. Good white wine and a special dessert.
