Visiting the market at Palafrugell made us try the rather unassuming Centre Fraternal. What a surprise we got. A delicious 3 course meal with wine, soft drinks and bread all for 12 euros. Interesting salads and local specialties, warming stews and deserts. We ate here 5 times over the fortnight and were never disappointed. Lovely friendly staff and obviously a hit with the locals as we saw a restaurant owner from Llafranc in there who we know.
