Burger Wednesday special for only £5! I will definitely be returning every week. The burgers were fresh, hot, and served quickly. Lisa, our host, was very attentive. I highly recommend this place! I will be sure to tell all my friends and family about it.
I am sorry to say that my dining experience at this restaurant was extremely unpleasant. It took over 3 hours to receive all of our courses, and to make matters worse, both the men's and women's toilets were out of order with no toilet paper available. The men's toilets also had a foul odor, forcing me to use the disabled toilet. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience at Wooden Bridge.
The service at this restaurant was good, however, the food took nearly two hours to be served. We waited for a long time and the staff did not offer much help or explanation for the delay.
Tried to give this pub a second chance but what a disaster! No 'all day ' roasts left at 2pm, signs on bar saying they were short of certain foods (again!! , not many eating in pub but we waited over one hour for 2 meals, we asked for refund and went to Greggs. Such a shame few years back it was a good pub but it has gone right down hill.
What an absolute shambles of a pub… kitchen not open again?! I’m yet to go on an evening when the kitchen is open or you have a fully stocked menu! Terrible terrible service… the barman was extremely rude, shouting at me and my friends swearing at his staff why anyone would want to work there is beyond me, I definitely won’t ever be back
