Great tasting eating but I wish they had more vegan options, like a soy based meat substitute. currently they only have veggie options, but remove the cheese.

First of all, I decided to celebrate Veganuary by trying out this restaurant with my partner. Unfortunately, I wasn't too impressed with the dish I ordered. I found that the apple wood vegan cheese didn't suit my taste and the meat was also underseasoned. My partner had the soy meat, avocado, bean, and rice burrito which was better than my dish, but still lacking in seasoning for the beans and meat. Additionally, the avocado cost an extra £1. Overall, the food was quick and budget-friendly, but may not be the best option if you are seeking a more flavorful meal.
The restaurant offers large portions of Mexican cuisine at an affordable price, but their vegan options are limited. As someone participating in Veganuary, I appreciated their promotion of this. I decided to try the jackfruit-based burrito, but was disappointed to find that it contained very little vegetables and no efforts were made to substitute for cheese. It seemed like they simply left it out of the dish.
