The Orient Fish And Chips Shop

Great fish and chips, not greasy at all, very fresh tasting. Lovely people. We've had several meals from here now and all have been excellent. Highly recommend.

Cannot say how good everything is from the orient, very little grease, very friendly service, we are lucky to have such an excellent fish and chip shop in the village

We turned up at the door just before closing and they were so obliguing and cooked us fish and chips fresh and kept open for us. These lovely people deserve recognition.

We arrived just as the takeaway was closing and, although they'd already locked the door, they re-opened for us and took our order which was exceptional service. The fish and chips went down really well, I would highly recommend.

I ordered the cod and chips at this restaurant and was very disappointed with my meal. The worst part was definitely the fish - it was extremely greasy to the point where I could almost wring it out and get a glass of cooking oil. The chips were just okay, not great tasting but at least they weren't as greasy as the fish. Overall, I didn't love my meal but it wasn't so bad that it made me sick, so I'll give it more than 1 star.
