Very warm welcome and service was a notch above normal. We were going for my birthday and my husbands which was that day and that was acknowledged by all theme embers of staff that interacted with us. The decor is amazing. Food was excellent and well presented We will visit again View all feedback.

we arrived early (adjustment for 5:30 o'clock) with a table directly (5pm,) and said to release until 18:30 o'clock. an hour and a half is not really long enough. straight on the table side to the right along the window, when other tables were free, there were no real thoughts to the sitting people something apart when there is space. service nothing to write home, just about their jobs with little interest or enthus... Wow, what an incredible experience from start to finish! The food was exquisite, beautifully presented with a touch of flair and served with warm smiles. This restaurant in Guildford is perfect for anyone seeking something unique and unforgettable. Thank you!

The service was excellent; you could tell that the staff put in a lot of effort (sometimes it felt a bit excessive since it was a trial run).
Entry seemed like an overload of the staff at the reception, which is behind the writing around, that the staff was friendly. *waiting staff* our waitress was called sea. beautiful, sweet and polite from Thailand but not very confident and appeared very nervous to time. did not explain the process what is to be expected and had to clarify with it several times how the order of the meal worked and even after several attempts we were not clear yet on the menu and ordering process. sea managed to answer our questions about certain elements on the menu and recommended dinge to try to grow their trust in this area. we are, however, the opinion that a high-end restaurant would train its employees that if a customer is not sure what to order or is uncertain what certain options are that it is best to practice to ask about the customers like in relation to food, prefer them meat, fish, vegetables? Warm welcome from the whole team from the doorman to runners. Knowledgeable, friendly, able to recommend and explain dishes in detail. Drinks were excellent, food and presentation even better. Thank you for a great experience, we will definitely be coming back soon!
