We had a lovely meal until it came to payment. The card machine did not accept 2 of the group . After a few attempts... we had to go draw cash to pay. It was embarrassing as not fault of card but of card machine. We were very disappointed, disappointed nor even get a discount as a courtesy The staff were very apologetic. View all feedback. I visited this restaurant for an anniversary dinner and was greeted with Prosecco. At the end of the meal, I was pleasantly surprised with a dessert. The special unexpected touches were lovely. The customer service was amazing and surpassed anything I have experienced at high-end restaurants before. Thank you to the staff at Guildford for a wonderful dining experience! View all feedback.
