It was... read more Last Sunday, I visited Caffè Nero and bought drinks for my family. Unfortunately, the drinks were cold and the two I got for my grandson tasted terrible. It was a complete waste of £14.60. I have been to Caffè Nero multiple times in the past, but I have never had such a disappointing experience with the drinks we received last Sunday. It seemed like there was a lack of training or incompetence on the part of the staff.

Drinks were fine but poor communication led to the ciabatta arriving sometime after the drinks were finished. They did apologise but a common state of the nation when it comes to food service at the moment

The customer service is wonder but the cleanliness is a let down, I will start heading across the road for my daily coffee with friends.
