If you're hungry and the other 2-3 in town aren't open, it might be your place, but if it's not the case, go to any of the others. Average food and very unfriendly owner, in addition to deciding prices for locals and prices for outside (be careful with this! look closely at the prices of the drinks that will try to nail you!
