Informal place outside the center of tivoli, near a shopping center. we tried various dishes in 2 different nights: classic carbonara with spaghetti on the guit... read more Informal place outside the center of tivoli, near a shopping center. we tried various dishes in 2 different nights: classic carbonara with spaghetti on the guitar, fragrant bruschette with tomato, basil and olive paté, arrosticini abruzzese cooked perfectly, cicoria all'agro (with oil and lemon) tender, crispy pines even if perhaps a little greedy. excellent quality in general, very kind, friendly and welcoming service (I liked very much that I was remade pineapple because of an ingredient not present in the menu that unfortunately I can not eat. ) would perhaps expand a little the choice of drinks: there is no beer at the plug but only 2 types in bottle (one of which is only in large size) and neither bottle coke or can (only bottle or plug.) apart from this, all really satisfying.
