An address to discover in Guidel center. Very good value for money. Fresh products, well presented plates, and it's GOOD. Choice of dishes and wines. Upstairs room renovated with attention to authenticity, the character of the old stones/beams/old fireplace. Appreciable space between tables. The comfortable armchairs make you want to continue this moment of conviviality.

Delicious, all dishes with beautiful presentation and taste. Everything is homemade, right down to the whipped cream in the dessert. The interior of the restaurant has a lot of charm, very clean and quiet. Very friendly waiters. Excellent value. We can only recommend this restaurant.

Excellent time spent at Melting, in the town of Guidel. Very beautiful decoration, excellent cuisine and very pleasant and fast service, absolutely nothing to complain about this restaurant which we highly recommend.

While looking for a restaurant, my nephew recommended Le Melting. It was a pleasant experience, especially the small starters with andouillette followed by a pleasant dinner. Furthermore, the very warm welcome and friendly service contributed to our pleasant evening. We will definitely return as GUIDEL residents. A big thank you, I recommend it.

During a dog walk on Guidel beach, a fellow teacher recommended this place to our friends. Indeed, it was a wise recommendation that lived up to the promise, both in terms of the quality of the ingredients and the cuisine: kudos to the chef! Thank you for the advice when ordering, which helped guide our choices for this first experience: the chef not only knows their dishes but also knows how to convey their passion for their craft. From the crispy spicy shrimp with baby vegetables to the mackerel fillet with chutney as a starter, our taste buds were delighted. The veal kidneys and the sea bream fillet with risotto were equally perfect. As for the desserts, both the French toast and the chocolate fondant were simply divine. Special mention also goes to the homemade foie gras. Finally, the red wine from St. Guilhem du Désert is exceptional. We highly recommend this restaurant run by professionals. We will definitely be back.
