Given my experience, it is difficult to find a true Italian restaurant abroad as they often become an integral part of the local cuisine or adapt to tourist requests to the detriment of Italian cuisine. Price performance unfortunately not okay. Service is often unskilled it feels like 0.3 liters of white wine is poured from the bottle into the glass. The refill doesn't work either.
