Contribute FeedbackA good restaurant that is located a few miles outside termoli in molise on the land, highly recommended in our Italian guide and popular among the locals who judge at our evening. next to the restaurant, the owners have a sylish looking weinbar .enoteca and a few guest rooms in adjacent buildings. family farm (after the owners rita bobo named) and specialized in fish. an attractive, formal dining room with a funny collection of communist memories in a corner of the restaurant that reveals bobos political sympathies. easy confusing, there were no menus, only a selection of fish or meat fixed price menus (both 40 euro we have chosen the fish (the waitress seemed surprised when I looked at the meat option paved. . a mixed fish-antipasto plate followed by a seafood pata dish (one of about five listed verbal by the waitress and a seafood main (again the choice of one of about five). I had to house pasta with fruits of the sea, followed by a whole many baked mönch (rana pescatrice, which is particularly delicious and then dessert coffee. we also had a bottle of a local dry white wine, as recommended by the owner, great value at only 10 euro not forget the glass of prosecco, which was served at the arrival. friendly and helpful service, although rather unconsistent intermittent, we stayed one because waiting to place an order; in view of an old menu when we asked for the wine list; and had to ask for brot, although it was a direct arrival in the neighboring tables. diners with limited Italian struggle we could have a little, and our Italians in order, but that was worth eating. all in all a good experience and a beautiful meal.
Un angolo di paradiso su una collina con una vista che si perde in mare. Bobo non è solo uno chef ma un personaggio vero. Con simpatia vi invita a fidarvi e ne vale davvero la pena. Il pesce del giorno si trasforma in ottimi piatti della tradizione come il brodetto ma non mancano varianti eclettiche come il cappuccino di mare tra gli antipasti o l'alce di asparagi per dessert. Tutti cotti al momento e attenti a non bruciare, grazie alle terrine in terracotta che mantengono la temperatura. Degno di nota il gambero in bardi di lardo su un letto di polenta, gamberetti e scampi al cognac, il cappuccino di mare. Il cavatappi con toast e asparagi, l'ottimo vassoio dalla fritta alla griglia. Il tutto accompagnato dal fienile, cantine rotoletti. Per finire l'ottimo gancio fatto in casa. Bobo, una garanzia.
Bobo rimane il re del pesce anche dopo tutti questi anni. Vivere i sapori semplici del Molise, senza artifici, è un'esperienza unica. Il brodetto è un piatto per intenditori, con materia prima di altissima qualità e niente surgelati. L'atmosfera è incantevole e il cuoco è veramente eccezionale.
Ribo restaurant, run by (Ri)ta and (Bo)bo-der koch is a local gem. surprising and tasty eating together with charming atmosphere, especially through the local hospitality of rita, which runs the show strongly handful makes it a real experience. the opposite, they can benefit from the rooms they rent for the night, which is very useful after the go on the go glasses of wine that comes with the firm.
