I bought a frangipane cake yesterday and a crown of kings. No beans in the cake. The crown is not finished so we cross the fingers... I'm going back to the store this morning and I'm gonna report it. The seller answers me that it is not possible as well as his colleague! I insist that we finished the cake and couldn't swallow the beans! Same answer, but she'll bring it back. Of course, it is possible to forget to put a bean in a cake! The mistake is human but I would have enjoyed minimal apology.
I put 1 star because I can't put 0. I came this day to look for a gourmet baguette and pastries. Tres decevant industrial bread, frozen. The pastries are not used for you as a showcase, I don't even talk to you about taste. Let's talk about the welcome....just hello to an impression of disturbing them during their more interressing discussion probably than serving the customer. As much as the chain offers some good products, but the... I came out with a lot of chocolate, croissants... honestly we can't make more industrial. This made me think of the first-ever big-surface margarine market. I tell you, your chocolate bread is bad. A flat-cut dough with a taste and a almost non-existent chocolate bar with no flavour, really looks like aldi plastic bago breads. The crescent is just as disappointing. Your competitor in downtown is doing much better with crispy pure butter products and I know that for that I will no longer come back to you. On the other hand very good team, smiling and very helpful. I'm not taking it from you.
