Here is a very good foundation in the salted swamps, where the natives are the wonderful sea salt from guerande, full of sea scented plants. the restaurant is located in a rebuilt skies, in the salt are stored, the local name is salorges . high deck under the roof, very interesting bar as the at the sports bar in Texas, except there is no television. the personal is very welcoming and beautiful that it should be pointed out when they are so busy at a packed place. most of the males look like to bring back local customers. menu is a total worth not to offer a good selection of delicious meals. for example with the 15 euro 3 channels menu I have something thunfischsalat, nieren in portsauce and a beautiful pear cafeouti with a whipped cream and salted butter caramel. with drinks, the total bill was only a little over 70 euro with coffee, which is very good in the opposite. for dinner there is an updated 3-course menu at 26 euro with even more fine dining. I have to go back
Highly recommended! the dishes are elegant and inventive and absolutely tasty, with very fresh ingredients grown in front of the site. the desserts should die. I got the salted caramel rtiramisu that was amazing, and my daughter loved the chocolate cheesecake with Mars bars in it. what I think is the best cheesecake I've ever tasted. the 3-course dinner is worth at 23 euro for such a fine quality of great (probably it would be twice as in the usa). the restaurant is located in the middle of the salt apartments, so it has a really cool location. the building was used earlier to store salt from the apartments, so there are some interesting architectural details from this use. the owner has created a wonderful vegetable garden around the anwesen with exotic sorts of tomaten, auberginen, etc., which with compost of scraped from the restaurant, so the whole venture is very environmentally friendly. the outside terrace is very nice with some exotic plants. the owners and employees are friendly and welcoming. if we are back in the opposite, we will definitely return!
Food and reception are of quality. a very good combination of flavors at a very reasonable price: we will return!
In the middle of the salt marshes. a quality restaurant... in a friendly setting. a good kitchen with local products with a good value for money.
