An hour and 20 minutes for a hearty crêpe (they're called gallette, of which 10 minutes to sit (table was free to come 25 minutes for someone and an order and some more wait hopping to catch a waitress, give them a desert order, at which point we abandoned! The setting is pleasant with a good welcome. The pancakes are excellent with regional products. And the prices are really fair. I recommend
