Anytime I am in town in this part of the city on business, I like going thru their drive thru for chili. Fast

If you have been to one Wendy's you have been to them all. This one is nothing special but it's close to downtown and the park with the Boathouse. Our favourite is the chili with baked potato and sour cream.

We usually stop here on our way in and out of town, all summer long. This time I happened to have a few extra kids with me. The staff was patient and helpful - I ordered a few things wrong; but, they fixed it for me no problem (I believe it was the manager there, too - he was understanding with everything, too. The service is usually pretty fast and friendly, too. I would definitely recommend this Wendy's to anyone in or going through Guelph - its also pretty close to hwy 6/Gordon - easy in and out. The kids love the round dining tables here.

My wife and my family won't be going to that Wendy's again ever! Female staff were laughing at my wife and my daughters because they are overweight and said together, have another buger! Plus they all looked at eachother and laughed outloud! We left without getting our order, my girls were in tears. I went the day before through drive thru and ordered a burger and fries. The burger meat was juicy and flavorable. I didn't eat my fries because when my fries were put in the bag some dropped out and the girl at the window put them back in! I asked for new fries but didn't get new ones. She just rolled her eyes! I'm done going here and I should have listened to my friends on what they all said about this Wendy's but I thought maybe they were going a little overboard but they were right! I just wish I could get the burger without having to go here!
