We chose Wellington Cakes to design our wedding cake and some other desserts for our sweet table and were blown away by the final result. Mixed feelings about our wedding cake. It was beautifully designed, the ganache and fruit layers were perfect but the cake itself was incredibly dry. It literally crumbled when you cut into it.Another thing to note, they are not flexible with requesting customizations.
