I waited 40 minutes behind 2 cars in the drive-thru, only to see that the restaurant was not busy inside. It was frustrating to see the empty parking spaces next to the drive-thru. I could go into more detail, but I'll leave it at a 1-star rating. Despite this, I did enjoy my meal once I got it. However, I was disappointed that my toppings were only half as much as usual. What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
I recently went to Taco Bell for dinner and was extremely disappointed. The fries were soggy and tasteless, the tacos were unimpressive, and the only saving grace was the cinnamon twists that my dog enjoyed. Overall, not a good experience and I will not be returning. View all feedback.

I went to this restaurant and ordered beef burritos with a voucher that was supposed to give me four of them. However, when I received my order, it only had two beans and two beef burritos. When I asked why I didn't get four beef burritos as stated on the voucher, I was told that the coupon code specified two of each, so that is what they provided, even though the voucher was for four beef burritos.

They should either lower the price or add more toppings. Additionally, they forgot to include sauce with my order, assuming that I had some at home.
Was already a few times in this place, both of which I was missing article in my order. recently, the half of what I ordered. at the order everything was repeated to me before the move. this restaurant must work on professionalism and organization.
Easily the most polite drive- thru experience I have had, ever, at any restaurant.Whoever was manning the headset Sat. March 19, 2022, around 8 pm, hats off to you.Very polite, positive, and honestly, as small as a dinnerr transaction might seem, it is customer service like this that will guarantee my wife and I return and continue to.
