Starbuck's - Guelph

Stopped by to kill some time with my kids (went to Chapters). The coffee was decent (short decaf pike), and the kids ordered cake pops. I also bought some gum. Service was average in terms of speed, but friendly. Maybe the decaf took longer to...brew? but had to remind them about the cake pops. Overall, it's what we expect of Starbucks, coffee, food, and quirky staff.

I love Starbucks (although expensive therefore I rarely go) and yesterday I needed to get my daughter fed (she's diabetic). Found the absolute perfect packaged meal, apples, grapes, cheese and tiny scone with peanut butter. Price was steep at nearly bucks but oh well...My mum was in line with two people ahead of her to pay for that and two hot chocolates, I thought she had left at one point because it has been so long, I turned around and she was still in line. Was a little surprised that in what was probably eternal minutes, only one person had been served. Not sure if they had a massive order or they were understaffed, not sure. Wasnt a huge deal, I wasn't in the biggest rush anyways. Daughter was happy with her lunch and the drinks were good so in the end it was fine

Unlike other reviews, I've not encountered huge lineups or had difficulty finding a place to sit at this Starbuck's. When there were a few people ahead of me, the line moved quickly, allowing me to order, get my beverage and be on my way quickly....This location makes the best Frappucinos. I would like to see a few more food items on the menu that aren't quite so messy many of the snacks tend to be quite crumbly and not good for in the car.

Waited for minutes but smiling staff and perfect drinks served just the way I ordered. Easy access with outside door in the Mall.

I just went there today. It was a nice sunny day but the staff, (2 girl ) was so said, so unfriendly! Just watching their face was so depressing! The guy who made my hot drink, he was nice but this young girls just wanted to be somewhere else but not there. I know it's not easy to smiling all they but please just relax your face a little bit. I felt so uncomfortable. While I was drinking my coffee and eating my croissant I watched them several times. They were just said . :(
