First time here and they messed up my order. The owner of the restaurant immediately took ownership of the problem and apologized. He fixed the problem quickly. The chicken burger and milkshake were both delicious. Staff and owner were very friendly

Thank you Sam for a wonderful, Home-made burger. Very friendly, very clean and pretty speedy considering it was a Home-made patty. We will be back.

Sam's Grill offers a variety of favorite dishes at affordable prices. I ordered the Montreal Smoked meat sandwich with mustard and found it to be full of flavor with the meat practically spilling out. The Combo 4, which includes a double patty burger with cheese, poutine, and a drink, is a great deal. While nothing particularly stands out about the food, it is still worth the money for those looking for delicious options at reasonable prices. I recommend giving it a try!

This was my first visit to Sam's Grill in Guelph and I was very impressed. The service was excellent, with friendly, polite, and helpful staff. The food was delicious and we ordered the combo #2 (hotdog and poutine) and combo #4 (burger and poutine) for takeout. The hotdog was great, but the burger was even better. My only complaint was that the poutine could have been made with fresh fries like they do at the Cambridge location. The restaurant itself was clean and well maintained. I will definitely be returning, and next time I will request fresh fries for my poutine.
