Grabbed jerk tofu burritos to go. They have a pickup door on MacDonell if you don't want to sit down.Often vegetarian choices at various joints often left you unsatistified. Usually safe bets when out are Chinese, Thai, Indian...sometimes Caribbean and Mexican. Salsateria's jerk tofu is absolutely scrumptious and filling. Have had amazing meals here, and not-so-great meals here. It's really dependent on the wait staff and the people working in the back. Great place downtown for sharing a plate of nachos and having a mojito, however they haven't been able to keep up with...More View all feedback.

Very average to poor bar food with poor tex mex fare… service is ok, ambiance bar/pub, not really worth going except for weekend nights where the band ain't too bad…. With so many bar/pubs around the same corner and area, it is really not worth the effort.
Best after bar food, don't go for a chicken quesidilla when the cheese is the best and cheaper. Husband loves the burritos. We buy the salsa at the market and eat it at home. Best salsa Ive ever had.
Went for Tacos downtown because my friends said it was good and it was actually really good! Will definitely make this place a regular lunch stop.
Truly the grossest bathroom I've ever encountered in the Royal City.As for the rest of the restaurant, it's probably just clean enough to pass the health inspection. The food is delicious (especially the Rebel nachos) and prices are reasonable, but avoid the chicken- it is, unquestionably, dog meat.House made hot sauces are great though. Salsateria could be the best restaurant in town if they stepped up their game about 30%.
