WHAT an amazing set of staff! So lovely, warm and welcoming. Completely blown away by the amazing customer service and the food came out quickly and was made to perfection. The waitress gave us space but more than we needed. Consistently checked up on us and made sure we had it all. Amazing experience. View all feedback.
What Edwina Goldner doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
So we were in a hurry as it had been a long day. Thought Pizza Hut always has good pizzas. We waited 4 minutes for someone to come and seat us. The restaurant had only 3 tables with patrons at 6:45 pm! Not a good...sign. The waitress wanted to seat us at a booth with the seats all ripped on both sides, no thank you! We asked for a table where the seats were not ripped and her comment was that most were in this shape.... View all feedback.
Service 1 star I made the order at 5:30. Order arrived at 6:30. Was promised at 6:09. Calling them resulted in being placed on hold for 6 minutes. Called back and refused to hold. Told them my pizza was 30 minutes late. Two lengthy holds later I was offered 20% off. I told them I would not be paying for the pizza and she said have the driver call me when he gets there driver made excuses. Food quality 1 star Cold. Too little cheese and burnt. Free and a ripoff at the same time.
Pizza Hut knows how to make the best heart clogging pizza ever. This location is consistent and fast. Ordered 3 pizzas for pickup and they were ready in 15 minutes.
Wow. Pizza Hut was our favorite pizza place in Seattle Wa. We ordered thinking we would get the same product as we were used to. We ordered the pepperoni lovers pizza and a maple bacon. An hour and forty minutes later the order arrived. No surprise the pizza was cold. The pepperoni lovers had about half the pepperoni as we have always seen before, but but pizzas were drier than any pizza I have ever had. Last Pizza Hut order for me.
Out of all the pizza I have had in my life, this was one of the worst. We had the thin crust pizza 'to the edge ' and it was TERRIBLE. You could tell by the way it had cooked that the dough had started to dry out, it was like a saltine cracker that had gone stale. I will NEVER go back to Pizza Hut again. It has fallen to the bottom of the barrel since all these other pizza places started to show up over the years.
They do all you can eat buffet for only 9 bucks. The pizzas were rotated but depended on how busy the restaurant was so the trays could be changed. There was Hawaiian, pepperoni, only cheese, some that had lots of meats. Would have been nice to have seen a chicken caesar pizza. The buffet also had a cold pasta and leaf salad section, but these were not meh at best better to fill up that real estate w pizza). There was also dessert pizza, which was apple topping on pizza dough also not my cup of tea... way too sweet as it had icing sugar on top as well. However overall, very nice if you want a variety of different toppings. No dipping sauces tho :
