I've had a couple hostile experiences while ordering such as being interrogated why my pre-ordered free reward sub came up as $0 when it was part of their app's reward system I earned for loyalty, but past that I've always been made a very good sub and left with a smile even that time. The younger guy and the manager lady both try their best to make sure you have a good sandwich. On recent visits I've had no issues!

I don't live in Guelph, but this is the BEST Mr. Sub I have ever eaten at. The lady behind the counter is always friendly. The subs are neat.(not just heaped and dumped onto the bread) The toppings are always fresh. The store itself is always clean.
