They always keep less staff. I have seen many customers walking out. It seems like manager or owner wants to save labour. But in reality, they are loosing customers and the quality. It was busy today and they barely had 3-4 people. It look them 8 mins tojust take one order inside the store. I think the manager or owner is taking advantage of this hardworking people.

Can I give less than one star? Bathrooms are completely disgusting. Unattended unclean. Toilet full of feces and urine. Waited 20 minutes for a SANDWICH. When asked what's taking so long Manager says order is made fresh and Patty, (chicken sandwich) weredropped five minutes ago. Food is COLD TO THE TOUCH 1 minute after receiving. DO NOT EAT HERE.

My uncle and I visited this restaurant for lunch on a regular weekday. We ended up waiting an hour for a small order. It seemed like there were only two staff members running the place—one taking orders and the other cooking. I saw several customers inquire about the status of their food. Additionally, the soda machine was quite lackluster; the brisk lemonade had no flavor, essentially tasting like watered-down liquid. To top it off, there was a sticky spill that had clearly been left unattended right in front of the ordering area.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. The manager was rude, used foul language towards me, and then abruptly closed the drive-thru window. I simply requested two extra sauces with my large popcorn chicken. The customer service was terrible, and I have no intention of returning. I'm truly disgusted by their service. If I could give negative stars, I would. This incident occurred on October 29 at 5:15 PM.

Absolutely terrible experience; I will never go back. I ordered a three-piece chicken dinner, and it was so greasy that I could practically wring the grease out of it. The fries were dry and cold, and the gravy had no flavor—it tasted watered down! The only thing I could enjoy was my soda. The pigeons and seagulls had a nice feast, as I ended up tossing my entire $10 meal out the window. It wasn't even good enough for my dog, who didn't want it either. I thought maybe my first visit was just a fluke, but each time I've tried it since has been equally disgusting! I’d rather drive across town to a different KFC or Mary Brown's for my business. After reading reviews dating back a year and a half, it's clear they don't care about their customers. Don't waste your money lining their pockets—STAY AWAY!
