My wife and me just celebrated our 32nd anniversary at this place. We got the dinner for 2 and it was more than enough that we took some home for lunch the next day. The meal consisted of a big piece of moussaka, chicken and pork souvlaki, vine leafs filled with meat, potatoes and vegetables and rice. The place was filled with people but we had no problems getting the meal served quickly. Yes it's not a 5 star restaur... View all feedback.

Well I was disturbed by the host who couldn't keep his hands off me....We were seated at a table with a vent on the floor blowing cold air on us, my wife had to move away after a time.Service was good but the food was tasty but disappointing. My wife enjoyed her spanakopita but my lamb souvlaki was tough and the salad was soggy. The prices were good but I don't think we'll be back View all feedback.

Yes it's not a 5 star restaurant and the wait person didn't really come by to ask us how the meal was but it could be they were short on staff on a Saturday nite. We've come here several times and would continue because of the food.
My girlfriend and I decided to come here for dinner on Monday July 31 2017 for quick get together. We have been to lots of restaurants around guelph and have our favourites. We decided to try something new. I have been once a long time ago and figured let's give it a try. The patio is beautiful! It's a little noisy since it's right on a main road but it's still pretty great. I ordered bruschetta to start and the chicken souvlaki with ceaser salad for an entree. The bruschetta was delicious! Very generous portion lots of tomatoes and feta cheese it was the best part of my meal! The entree was just ok. Rice was bland ceaser salad was drenched in dressing and didn't have any croutons or parmesan cheese, potatoes were surprisingly greasy the marinate on the chicken was delicious and tzatziki was really good as well. Unfortunately we waited over an hour just to get our apps and another half an our for entree. If the patio wasn't so nice and it wasn't such a nice night out we probably would have been more upset about the wait. It was a meal that could have been great but fell short. Might give it another try but were not in a rush to go back.
The Saganaki is our favorite savory treat. My daughters say they'd go just for that and could eat more than one. We usually get the Souvlaki Pork Dinner and Saganaki for an appetizer. It's a good portion, the staff are friendly, and the restaurant has a nice feel to it. We also do take out on occasion as we love Greek so much. We've been coming here for years and we'll continue for many more I'm sure!
You walk in, and you feel that you are in a Grotta, the garden courtyard affect the tiled flooring in the entrance, you walk up to hardwood floors, and a serene feel of blues and creams, whites, it's very calming, the service is friendly and attentive, I was dining for lunch, I had the mousaka accompanied with Greek salad and rice, my friend had a boneless chicken breast, with lemon garlic, and olive oil served with potatoes, rice and green and yellow beans, We enjoyed a bottle of wine with our meal
