Dairy Queen (treat) - Guelph

The person working at the time was horrible. firstly, they didn't let me use my coupon even though I had it, secondly, he messed up our order, not giving us what we wanted and refused to give it to us, the employee had no communication skills at all and was of no help, he also saw us standing around but refused to ask if we needed anything else. He lied by saying what we ordered wasn't right and didn't give us an item we wanted even though it was his fault. I do not recommend going to this location because I have not had a single issue with the other ones around.

Discovered today that every DQ in town charges different prices for dipped cones or a dipped cone in a cup. Prices differ by $1.10 and a $1.30. Bad business. Who knew that ice cream was like gas...different prices all over town. Can you imagine if Tim's charged a different price for coffee all over town?

I purchased a cake online for a friend's birthday. However, after ordering, I realized I needed a slab cake not a round cake so I went into the store. They were very obliging and it was easy to change my order. When I went to pick up the cake, I was pleasantly surprised that they had added a lovely graphic. Everyone at the party loved the cake especially the birthday girl!Also, the store was impressively clean! I will definitely continue to patronize that Dairy Queen and to recommend them to friends!

I needed to place a specialty cake order at the last minute and the staff was able to accommodate my request! So friendly! Thank you for helping to make a little boys birthday brighter!
