What User doesn't like about Caribbean Delight:
This place just recently opened. I tried to go a couple times but they were closed even though door said they should be open,Finally got in and wish I had not! Lunch special was Jerk Chicken ($7.99) comes with rice and coleslaw. The only thing edible was coleslaw. The Chicken was extremely over cooked and dry. Excellent food! Fast friendly service & very reasonably priced! The spice is just right! I work near by. This will now be my go to!
I ordered take-out for lunch last week from this restaurant. I tried the jerk chicken with rice and peas, and it was delicious and authentic. I plan on getting lunch here every week and will bring my family for dinner soon. I highly recommend it if you enjoy jerk chicken. Additionally, the restaurant was very clean and the two women working there were very helpful and friendly.
We had dinner there tonight and it was fantastic. Exceptional service and the owners were very nice and friendly. I highly recommend this spot.
Authentic, delicious Jamaican food! The only restaurant of its kind in Guelph that I'm aware of. Caribbean Delight has become a favourite of ours. We crave the delicious chicken roti every week. The jerk chicken or goat is as good as any I've had in Jamaica. Pair your meal with a traditional island 'ting' (soda/pop) and you'll feel as if the food came directly from the island. Annette, one of the owners is SO lovely, we look forward to chatting with her while she prepares our order. We love this restaurant. One love!
