Burger King - Guelph

Mid June 2023 weekday lunch. A convenient drop by point for lunch next to Pioneer and Ultramar on way to Aberfoyle. A bit quiet but fine for enjoying the meal. Staff are nice.

Arrived at the drive-through at 7:10. Tried to order. Was asked to wait. After 5 minutes decided to back out and go inside. The inside restaurant was closed.Pulled back into the drive-through. Said hello at the speaker. Left after no response. Will not go back

Me and my worker went to buy lunch there today, all the food was cold, and stale, the fries were cold, the burger was cold, the nuggets were cold, and the chicken sandwich was soggy, we went back to tell them that the food was not good, and the guy decided to argue with us an tell us the food was made just an hour ago, of course it will be cold, but then he change his story and said the food was made 15-20 min ago. We work 2 minute away from the restaurant, so they didn't get cold on the car ride. They refunded the money, but the service and hygiene of this place is terrible, no hair-nets, no gloves, no washing hands after touching raw meet and cooked meet. AVOID IT.

I stop by here on the way home from work, and the staff are always great with me. I stop here instead of the one just around the corner from where I live because of the staff and food here.

I have never been so disgusted in a fast food place in my life. When I received my order (wrong burger rock hard bread) and went inside for a refund, the MANAGER refused to refund me! He said “that’s what you ordered, that’s what you get” the poor kid working offered to pay me the money out of his own wallet!!! He proceeded to record my partner and threaten to call the cops. The manager needs to be fired!! Treating people like this is ridiculous.
