I am sure they were smoked, or cooked in a special way to the meat, which tenderly and aromatizes all the way through, not only the sauce on the surface, and there was also a delicious BBQ sauce on the surface.

And the coffee is amazing, freshly ground with excellent taste and served very hot. The service was some of the best we saw in Ecuador! We will definitely be back!! Thank you.
