This place smacks. The Chilli barbecue is so fire it's unreal. I don't know what they put in that but it seriously makes me go crazy. One employee in particular was super helpful and nice, and I'm always glad to see her at the cash register as I know she'll do her best. The fries are pretty good though they're quite expensive for fries. I get it, it's a mall and paying rent requires money. But they need to figure out a system to improve the speed of service. No one should wait 30 minutes for fries.
We got the chili bbq original fries and they were warm and good. we also got the chili cheese fries and they weren’t the best, but they were okay. the main problem here is that the service was extremely slow. people that ordered after got it before us. they only gave us our order after we asked for it. its also super crowded, but its to be expected since its a mall.

Waited AN HOUR to receive the fries I ordered when there wasn’t even much customers. The slow pacing of the workers is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous.
