Petro Travel Center - Guasti

So I work for big company McLane I come from Maryland state .. and I assisted a older male driver during drop offs and other jobs we have there is times I have to sit and wait for him while he 's out doing his personal things or at time just need my space I 've always came to this truck stop never had any issues with security except for the guy Moe very rude when I met him the first time always harassing me specially one time when my buddy was taking a shower so I was in the cinema and literally took a nap just waiting till he got finished.. so Moe came in that day and started yelling and clapping his hand and rushing us out like he was a cop.. the sad thing about it there were two homeless there which he let sleep there for almost five days and they had so much luggage it was crazy .. minding he told me my driver would have to be there or check in all the time with him so I can hangout there.. i swear I even went to use the bathroom and this guy was kicking the trash can.. acting crazy no respect at all.. so today he calls his boss and what you think happens the guy agrees with moe and again had to leave minding you i come from out of state.. there is no sign that say drivers or me who assist has to show proof or check in.. i let my company so we are going to take to the next step.. we will now go else where to flying j truck stop which is way better .. but definitely a civil matter now .. Moe should not be head of security or have a job there this world is sad so many bad people for no reason

Truck Drivers Beware.. Very bad customer service to truck drivers. I requested a refund on shower privileges due finding out on the monitor that there will be a 3 hour wait. Since my downtime frame as a truck driver is short, I went back to the customer service counter to get a refund, to be told no refunds on long shower delays. If the lady would have given me the option at the counter I would have declined requesting a.shower.. I feel that she showed very bad poor customer service. I had to leave with no shower and no refund.

It’s bad enough they charge you $30 to park. Then for me to try and get a cash advance but get profiled the entire way, I don’t appreciate at all. The two girls at the fuel isle desk on 09/15/23 at 0650 in the morning were extremely rude. I never knew to get $75 would be a hassle but it is if you’re a person of color. They don’t want you using your own check, which causes an inconvenience to the driver because now everything has to be redone.

The showers were great. Clean. Water was nice and hot. Then we had a meal in the restaurant and it was delicious. Chicken quesadilla with jalapenos. Ros was super friendly as always. Got a coffee in the store and Tony went above and beyond.
