Papa John's Pizza - Guasti

Placed an order at 10:15 and headed to the store, when I got there it said my order was cancelled and when I went to go inside the store was closed even though it says they close at 11.

Horrible papa John’s can’t even get an order right and everyone acts like they don’t see any customers coming in . Food taste like plastic and cardboard, I only went here because i just got off work and it was a last min thing , wait 20 mins for a 10 piece chicken nuggets and some brownies if could rate 0 I would ! Don’t recommend

March 25th I ordered online for deliver at night. They hired doordash to deliver the food. The doordasher stole my food. I called the store to complain and they claimed to refund me. They never did. The night crew needs to get fired!! Doordasher got free food from me. Rosemary was the doordasher.. Don't order at night from them. Order from another location.

There's only one person working this entire pizza joint: taking calls/orders baking, cleaning, cash register paperwork etc... yet he was very kind and persistent with his duties. Pizza was great would definitely go here again

Can't make food to order properly. Asked for square cut. Was not square cut. Put garlic sauce in box which leaked in box making pizza taste horrible. Never again. Will stick with Domino's or Little Caesars.
