Kfc - Guasti

Very disappointing service. Was doing Uber Eats and it was barely 9:00pm on a Sunday. The employee tells me they are closed, however there hours say they close at 10:00pm I said I’m picking up an order through Uber and then they said too pull up to the window once I pulled up I noticed that both employees looked really high and then they said that at this specific location they don’t carry Pot Pies. So I had to call my customer and tell them a few things one that the employees closed 1hr early, two they looked really High and three that they don’t carry pot pies.

Went to the drive thru at 8:45pm. Google states they close at 9:30pm and store window states 10:00pm. Employee inside said they were already closed for the night.

I ordered a four piece chicken meal, they had no biscuits so offered to throw in an additional piece of chicken, which was great! But when I got home and opened the box there were 5 chicken legs. What happen to the wings, breast and thigh??? This was unacceptable, I paid full price for a meal and got a snack. I should have known better when I drove up to the drive through window, which was filthy and nasty it was covered with chicken grease It looked like it had not been cleaned in months! I work too hard for my money to be giving it away, save yours and go to another establishment that appreciates and respects their customers.

Fewer options than other KFCs. Had to order 3 piece meal to get 2 wings. You could tell chicken had been reheated in grease. Hard, no flavor. Small pieces with no meat. Fries were good.

Love those golden thighs, drumsticks, wings, bisquets/gravy and mostly bresteses.....
