Chamoy Express - Guasti

Today I came to Ontario mills mall and came to Chamoy express in Ontario mills. They had the best corn in the cup and mango slushy. The store has a good environment, the worker was friendly and polite very respectful. He greeted me and welcomed me. Made my order delicious!!!!!!! Gave him a 5 dollar tip. I will definitely come definitely come back here when I visit Ontario again.

Today my friend and I came to Ontario Mills, we went from comparisons and we passed Poe Chamoy Express. The worker spoke Spanish which was good because our English is bad right and greeted us with courtesy and respect, even told us what was in everything since we have food allergies and told us different options. We'll definitely be back here. ?

Purchased some chips with Tapatio for my little one and the girl cut the bag sideways. When I told her I didn't want it cut like that because they'll fall she told me that's how they always cut and there's no exchanges. That's terrible service and that's a stupid way to cut the bag.

If I can give negative stars I would first time buying at this place i asked her how much Is the melon drink she said it was 5$ and some change I said cool ok She charged me didn't tell me how much it was after tax or anything she asked me do I want my receipt I said no it's ok thinking hey it's just 5$ come to find out she had charged me 2 extra drinks that I never ordered so she charge me 24$ I didn't notice till I got home around 8pm I had to work in the morning so I went straight after work I got there the lady was talking about I don't need to get mad she'll give me my refund people make mistakes She calls the cashier cashiers says she doesn't remember then goes to say she did give me 3 drinks I'm not going to waste my time drive 20 min right after work to dispute an extra charge if I got my damn drinks She tells me that she isn't giving me my refund That to come back Friday when the cashier is there if she is the manager why the hell do I need to come back on Friday when the cashier is there if you the. Damn manager have the authority to authorize the damn refund THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY CHARGE YOU FOR THINGS UOU NEVER GOT AND TRY TO WALK AROUND YOU WHEN YOU CONFRONT THEM MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR RECEIPT IF YOU EVER BUY SOMETHING FROM HERE ! It went from 5$ to 24 that's a big fucken difference!

I absolutely loved their customer service the snacks are amazing and fresh they are fast and kind I am definitely coming back!
