Que Gorditas! - Guanajuato

There are many restaurants in guanajuato, but few around the embajadoras. for those who stay close to the baseball park or the presa de la olla, this is a good bet. family-run, clean and inexpensive-served from the to about (or maybe later) and offers sopes,...gorditas tacos-plus comida corrida (or meal of the day). I had a wonderful chile relleno, plus sweet soup and a drink (fruit) for pesos or over fresh pressed orange juice in the morning!

This is our two place for tacos with seasoning. they are not excessively spicy, but the taste is excellent. the prices are slightly higher than what they can pay in the nearby park, but it is worth it. we talk more about usd. friendly family. we are coming back for more!

Family run, clean, and inexpensive--serves from 9:30 am until about 9pm (or maybe later)--and offers sopes, gorditas, tacos--plus comida corrida (or meal of the day). I had a wonderful chile relleno, plus vegetable soup and a drink (fruit) for 55 pesos or about $4.50! Fresh squeezed orange juice in the morning!

This is our go two place for tacos with spice. They're not overly spicy, but the flavor is excellent. The prices are slightly higher than what you may pay in the nearby park, but it's well worth it. We're talking 0.20 USD more. Friendly family run place. We'll be back for more!
