This is a cute little place our tour guide recommended. The menu didn't seem extraordinary, but every item we ordered was really incredible. The onion soup was made with brandy. It was buttery and the most delicious I've ever tasted. The tortilla soup comes deconstructed so you can add things that fit your taste. I loved this because I don't care for a ton of tortillas in it. There was cilantro, white onion, avocado a... View all feedback.

We had heard good things about this restaurant. We were staying far from it but decided to try it on two different occasions. Their website says they are open from 1:00-10:00 pm today, for example, so we walked all the way there. We were there at 1:30 pm and the person inside told us they were not open today at all. This is our 2nd try. We give up. In 2017, a reputable restaurant should not have incorrect days and ho... View all feedback.
Everything we had heard about this restaurant was truly worth it, was spectacular, especially when sitting in the room on the street. service was first class, and everyone was extremely pleasant and well visited in his craftsmanship. the first cure was made the suppe...with paprika, which was quite well sick and had an interesting selection of aromen, followed by the Marrow bones that had used a little more time on the fire. I'm sorry to say that the cook had good intentions with the main courses, but both the fish that was very beautiful looking, and the pork chop in molé sauce were boiled over to a farewell. we would return in a heartbeat and certainly with a series of appetizers slowly return to the remote area to see if there were some improvement. definitiw a visit worth as it should be four stars, but the escaped mistake draw this review down by a star
Our experience as a family was very disappointing. we ask for a table for two adults and two children, and they said we were closed. no statement about it, the place was semi-occupied and the receptor was only ice cold. we thought that probably children were not allowed, but did not see any legendary. trip advisor and google show nothing.
The food was good and the staff attentive, but the bonus was the music, An acordianist and a singer with a deep beautiful voice who played the guitar. Kind of Flaco Jiminez and Raul Malo.
The food here is amazing. The seafood is very fresh. All the dishes have a very distinct flavor which is not your usual run of the mill flavors. The pork chop with mole Blanco is very special with white chocolate, guava, calabasas in the sauce. Truly...amazing. We enjoy lunch so much, we went back the next day for breakfast. All their breads and pastires are also handmade. The fruits, juices and yoghurt are fresh and refreshing. The proces are very economical for the quality of food they are serving. A must try for anyone visiting Gjuanajuato. So far this is my most favorite restaurant here.
This was our first meal in the city. A true gem of a restaurant. Attentive service Exceptional food. Hope to return before leaving
